McDowell & Hicks Law, PLLC was founded in 2012 by attorneys Katherine L. McDowell and Gerald L. Hicks who, after working separately for many years with other law firms, decided they wanted to create a law firm devoted to providing high quality legal representation for car accident and personal injury victims in Prescott and the surrounding areas who were injured and suffering through the negligent acts of others. That law firm, McDowell & Hicks Law, would allow them to practice personal injury law in accord with their highest ideals of how they believe personal injury law should be practiced, using their skills, expertise, and experience gained over many years of law practice to care for and protect their clients, to fight for justice for them, to right the wrongs to which their clients had been subjected, and to give their clients their full personal individual attention.

Based on our years of experience we know that many personal injury law firms delegate case work to a single lawyer who is handling a large caseload and who, by necessity, therefore has a limited amount of time to spend on each case.
